STAR BLOCK BOWL 4

Star blocks work great as the inside design for a bowl; they really let the bowl shine! In this chapter, the directions are for a simple Star block. The pattern can easily be altered to many other Star blocks like the Ohio Star or the Friendship Star. The 18˝ bowl looks great with a Star block as the center.

This pattern has no corner seams. The three-dimensional shape is created by the corner diamond shapes. Novelty fabrics work well in the pattern. It is also a great way to use up scraps.
